Our kitchen team focuses on Swabian and international cuisine. The existing menu is supported by daily recommendations which are in alignment with the seasons. Whilst selecting the products, our chefs are motivated by high standards and love for quality. We process regional products from local producers, with apples being harvested and used partially from our own orchards, with our zebu cattle graze on the lush meadows directly in front of the front door. We always cook from scratch with great attention to detail. Gluten-free cuisine and vegan dishes are part of our concept.

The sensational rise of Swabian winegrowers to the top regions of Germany has been reflected in our choice of wines- enjoy local wines, some of which grow directly on our very own vineyards, in their most delicate refinement.

Whether it is "à la carte" or a large banquet for your festivities, let yourself and your guests be treated by us. Begin your meal with an aperitif on one of our many terraces, from which you can enjoy a look into the beautiful Remstal valley or into the wooded vineyards.
